NOTES

  • *Early bird membership is refundable: If the client is not locking any property with XU within 90 days of purchasing the membership, then the entire amount is refundable. TAT - 2 Business Days.
  • **The Tenant needs to check regarding the market price of the room with the XU team.
  • KYC check has to be done by XU Backend Team.
  • The replacement has to go through the move-in process of XU, which includes the agreement signing, onboarding formalities, and KYC process.

Tenant Referral & Move-in Process Guidelines:

  1. Market Price Check:

    • --The tenant must confirm the current market price of the room with the XU Lifestyle team, as prices are subject to updates based on market trends.
  2. KYC & XU Lifestyle Check:

    • -The referred person must undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) check and an evaluation by the XU Lifestyle team to ensure they meet the required standards.
    • -If the referral does not meet these standards, it will be rejected, and the tenant will be informed with clear reasoning.
  3. Replacement Move-in Process:

    • -The referred person must complete the standard XU Lifestyle move-in process, including:
    • -Signing the rental agreement.
    • -Completing all onboarding formalities.
    • -Passing the KYC and evaluation process.
  4. Move-in Date:

    • -The move-in date for the new tenant will be finalized based on mutual agreement and readiness of the room, ensuring a smooth transition.
  5. Communication & Transparency:

    • -XU Lifestyle will ensure timely communication of all decisions regarding the referral’s approval or rejection, pricing, and move-in process.
